SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped via the most economical method chosen by Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. unless otherwise specified by the customer prior to the date of shipment. Greyhound Courier ground service is the preferred method of shipment unless you specify otherwise. Allow 7-10 working days for shipment of in-stock items from B.C. to points on the east coast. If for some reason a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, or not in on three attempts, you will be responsible for all freight charges and a hold will be put on all future shipments until the incurred shipping charges have been paid.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally in transit. Any damage in shipment is the responsibility of the carrier. Therefore, all damage claims must be made by the purchasers directly to the carrier. All products shipped by Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. are insured for their full value. In case of damage retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied. If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and note the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn or broken packing) on the freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of arrival (where the box is intact but the merchandise inside is damaged), then it must be reported to the shipping company within 24 working hours after receipt of shipment. After inspecting the damaged merchandise, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair costs or replacement value of the damaged goods. Replacement value is not negotiable, it is the amount that you paid. Repair cost is an arbitrary amount which can be negotiated with the carrier in the event of disagreement.
All disputes as to the settlement amount or manner should be addressed with the carrier. Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. under no circumstances shall be liable for the damaged merchandise or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier. However, as a courtesy, we would be glad to help you in reaching an amicable settlement with the carrier in the event that you need assistance.
SHIPPING ERROR
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error we will ship you the correct parts via ground at our expense. If you need to ship via air freight you will need to pay the difference between ground and air freight cost.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges will be accepted only with a return authorization (R.A) from Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. R.A. is valid for only 14 days from the date of issue. R.A. does not guarantee a replacement or a refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Items must be returned in new or reasonable condition. All returned items must be in unused, unaltered, unpainted condition along with all the hardware, instruction, etc
Returns must be sent freight prepaid by you. Any COD shipments will be refused and sent back to you. Unwanted merchandise returns are subjected to 20% restocking fee and must be received within 25 days from the time of invoicing. Special orders items can not be returned.
Full refund on the purchase price is given only for defective products or a wrong product sent due to our fault. (Damaged products are not considered defective and wrong products.) All returnable items must be carefully packed in original packaging or better if the original packaging is not in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his own protection, since neither Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss in shipment. Refund will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. until the settlement of the claim with the carrier. The amount of the refund to the purchaser for the damaged returned goods will depend upon the settled claim amount.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND SUMISSIONS
Purchaser's receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
By submitting your creative ideas, inventions, suggestions or materials (your "submission") you grant Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. a royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable, license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display your submission (in whole or in part) worldwide and to incorporate your submission in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed without any notice or compensation to you.
International orders may be subject to tariffs, taxes, and regulations. Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. is not responsible for shipping delays or any additional fees for international orders.
