PHONE ORDERS AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
We sell strictly wholesale only. Phone orders are most common but, we prefer if you fax in orders to help eliminate any chance of errors. Most common form of payment is Bank Wire-Deposited, C.O.D. cash, company check, and PayPal. A NSF check will be charged CAD$25.00.
AERO BODY KIT AND SPOILER NOTE
Since the sources for the aero body kit and spoiler that we offer are many and each manufacturer uses different manufacturing techniques and materials. Some of the styles are more aggressive and unique, such as the full bumper kits made out of fiberglass, which inadvertently result in kits that are more difficult to install and may require many hours of expert customization or modification. Other kits are subtle looking under the bumper style made out of urethane or ABS plastic which again by their nature of design and materials used are much easier to install.
This brings us to our next very important issue. Since by its nature 'ease' of installation is very subjective, our suggestions on this subject matter can not be objective from your point of view. What takes you an hour may take someone else three hours and what you may consider 'difficult' someone else may consider 'easy'. Nevertheless, you are encouraged to ask our sales people all the pertinent questions prior to making a purchase. But keep in mind that our answers are mere representation of our collective and subjective opinion and that Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. can not be held responsible if a product does not meet your subjective expectations of what a particular kit has to be.
Purchaser/User fully understands that all aero-body kits and spoilers are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied. Due to the fact that most aero-body kits are made of fiberglass chips and cracks may need to be repaired prior to installation - This is normal with fiberglass parts. Understand fiberglass kits are not always direct bolt-on. It is possible a fiberglass kit may need a lot of prep work including filling gaps, trimming, or grinding. We recommend that you have these parts installed by a professional body shop who is experienced with custom installations.
All hoods are made for track use only and not legal on public highways or streets. Please note that all FIBERGLASS and CARBON FIBER products sold by Zola Enterprises Co., Ltd. are sold "AS IS." Fiberglass/Carbon-fiber hoods are lightweight and may fly open while driving if not properly secured. We strongly recommend the USE OF HOOD PINS in addition to the included latch. Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. is not responsible for any damage caused by an improperly secured hood.
Purchaser/User also understands that due to strict Canada/U.S. Federal and Province/State Safety crash guidelines, Zola Enterprises Co., Ltd. is not responsible or liable for any damage or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, or bad judgment (cracking or breaking your parts). Purchaser/User understands that all aero-body kits and spoilers may need modifications for correct fitment such as removal of safety reinforcements, removal of factory bumper lights or side marker indicators, shaving, molding, etc. Many of these aero-body kits are prototyped and used on non-Canada and non-USA vehicles that have much less safety standards and requirements in their respective countries of origin, Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. is not liable for any illegal street use of these parts.
Before starting any installation or painting, always pre-fit the part to the vehicle to make sure that it is the proper model for the application. Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. does not cover any cost, such as paint arising from returned painted spoiler without pre-fitting it prior to the painting.
LIMITED WARRANTY
The warranty conditions set under each specific category must also include conditions expressed in General Warranty.
EXHAUST SYSTEM
Stainless steel exhaust parts are fully warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for two years from the time of purchase.
AERO BODY KIT AND SPOILER
All LED lights are warranted to be free from defects 90 days from the invoice date.
ELECTRONICS
All electronic accessories are warranted to be free from defects 90 days from the invoice date.
GENERAL WARRANTY (apply in addition to all products)
This warranty does not apply if:
1. Items have been damaged in transit or by improper use, accident or negligence, or have been repaired or altered.
2. tems with damage or corrosion due to improper maintenance, or wheels finish has been damaged through use of improper cleaning chemicals or exposure to road salt, caustic solution, and other hazards in daily use and service.
3.Items have not been properly installed.
4. Items have been installed on vehicles other than those specifically listed for that application.
5. Items that have the finish damaged due to neglect, corrosion, inclement weather, chemicals, or improper wheel care.
6. Original invoice or sales receipt is not available for verification.
If any item is suspected of being defective, return item to Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. after obtaining the proper R.A. Any item determined to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. On any warranty claims, we will be responsible for Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. parts only. This warranty does not cover any direct or indirect costs, such as inconvenience and labor arising from the use of our products.
This is a Limited Warranty. Therefore, no warranties or representations, expressed or implied, including implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose which extend beyond the descriptions and limitations of the face hereof and none shall be implied by law.
All other merchandise distributed by Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. is warranted in accordance with the respective manufacture's own terms of warranty. This warranty is expressly made in lieu of and all warranties expressed or implied. Including the warranties of merchantability and fitness.
This Warranty does not limit rights which may be available under individual province/state Warranty Laws.
SPECIFICATIONS AND PRICING
Every effort has been extended to the accuracy of this application guide. Should an error exist, Zola Enterprises Company Ltd. reserves the right to change or correct said error without notice. Prices, designs, and specifications are subject to change without notice. All merchandise information presented in the catalog/web site and price sheet was true and correct at the time of publication.
